100_7450Sure, this isn't a recent design, but they were built pretty well, with solid fiberglass hulls.  They have high freeboard, big cockpits, and a ton of room down below.  While cored hulls have provided more performance, after finding no moisture problems in a 1975 hull, I have to wonder who gets the last laugh.  Watch out for chainplates coming loose if water gets into the main bulkhead, rudders and centerboards with moisture or delamination issues, and transoms flexing under the load of today's heavier, 4-stroke engines.
